First off, you know exactly what you can sign a contract for, plus how much deposit you need which saves you burning time and money looking in the wrong price range.
Being as organised and as pre-qualified as you can, tells the selling agent and their client the seller, you’re serious and have the ability to follow through on an offer should it be accepted.
