Sunshine Beach and Noosa dominate Coast’s most expensive streets list

Sunshine Beach and Noosa suburbs have dominated a new list revealing the Sunshine Coast’s most expensive streets, with median house prices reaching as high as $10.5 million.

Seaview Terrace at Sunshine Beach ranks as the region’s most expensive street, with a median house price of $10.5 million.

Noosaville claimed three spots in the top 10, led by Dolphin Crescent with a median house price of $6.8 million. Key Court at Noosa Heads followed closely at $6.55 million, while Buddina’s Adaluma Avenue ranked fourth with a median price of $6.1 million.

Waterfront locations featured heavily throughout the list, reflecting continued demand for prestige coastal and riverfront properties despite broader market fluctuations.

Mermaid Quay at Noosaville ranked fifth with a median house price of $5.95 million, followed by McAnally Drive at Sunshine Beach at $5.65 million.

Minyama’s was the only Mooloolah River suburb to feature, ranking seventh at $4.9 million.

Rounding out the top 10 were Cooroy Mountain Road at Cooroy Mountain ($4.61 million), Maher Terrace at Sunshine Beach ($4.55 million), and Waterside Court at Noosaville ($4.35 million).

Australia’s most expensive streets remain overwhelmingly concentrated in Sydney and Bellevue Hill in particular, which claims six of the top 10 streets.

With a median house price of $39.35 million, Kambala Road in Bellevue Hill ranks as Australia’s most expensive street in 2025.

Darwin presents a mirror image, hosting all 10 of the country’s cheapest streets.

The bottom of the market is in Southport, where Austin Street commands just $117,500, while Kersley Street follows at $172,500.
