The Sunshine Coast’s housing market continues to experience a steady decline in the total number of homes available for sale annually, although, the overall supply has started to improve from the low seen earlier in 2024. Selling conditions have shown consistent improvement, with houses now selling on average within 59 days and units in 60 days, the fastest since 2022. The proportion of distressed sellers has also reduced to a low not seen in two years, at 4.8%.
